Pauline Emerson-Hill

Pauline Emerson-Hill is a passionate caregiver, wellness advocate, and community nurturer whose work is rooted in empathy, empowerment, and positivity. During her 12 years at Gene Juarez Spa, Pauline served as a manager, creating not only a warm and uplifting experience for clients, but also a supportive environment for employees. She championed professional development and personal growth, helping team members build confidence and thrive in their roles.

Driven by a deep belief in nurturing self-worth, Pauline went on to own and operate a childcare center in Bellevue for 13 years. There, she created a loving, safe space where children gained the tools to love themselves and grow into their full potential, before entering School.

Pauline is deeply grateful to be part of the Aditi Yoga and Wellness community, where she continues to share her passion for healing, connection, and holistic well-being. Her commitment to fostering growth, joy, and self-love continues in her personal life, where she cherishes time with her three children and three beautiful granddaughters.
